Refund Policy
Without exception, the first $100 of the funds deposited to Advertiser's account is NON REFUNDABLE. Additionally, Advertiser may be subject to a one-time
non-refundable account service fee. Company may retain as an account service fee up to one hundred dollars ($100) of the balance of Advertiser's account if such
account is closed or remains idle for three (3) months or more. To the fullest extent permitted by law, refunds (if any) are at DynamicOxygen's sole discretion.
In the event a refund is made, it shall only be in the form of advertising credit.
